FAQ’s

Your gathering questions, answered.

  • Activations are for anyone who is looking to cultivate new relationships for engagement. However, Activations are usually most successful with an organization or alike relationship working with the LP. to bring the event to life.

  • Once you submit the form below, you will meet for a call with Mirja to figure out if your goals are a good match for an Activation event or program.

We work together over a 6 week period through Zoom and email. After we set the date for your Activation program or event, the LP. manages invite and program details.

During our engagement, we also meet for a prep call, and post event briefing.

  • The LP. takes on one Activation per quarter. Currently, there is an Activation opening for Fall 2025 and January 2026.

  • Activations are ideal for small organizations, businesses, institutions, or individuals looking to deepen their connection with Chicago audiences through a bespoke program or event.

  • An LP. Activation is a bespoke curated event or program with the goal of introducing your organization or project to a new supporting audience.

As such, the programming is built specifically for the audience invited.

With the added lift and support of the LP., an Activation will cultivate new relationships and opportunities for engagement.

  • Activations were born from requests of the LP. to create bespoke programs and events. As such, there is a fee to support the work of the LP. in planning and executing an Activation event.

Activation Events start at $2,500. Final cost is determined via proposal after the intake call.

If you have an annual Development budget, an Activation is a great investment.
